Information we collect

• Account and contact information, including your name, work email, phone number, business address, company details, account identifiers, and sign-in information.
• Business and financial records you submit or manage, including freight invoices, amounts, load details, invoice status, factoring records, and account agreements.
• Documents and photos you choose to upload, such as invoices, rate confirmations, bills of lading, and proof of delivery. These files may contain personal or business information.
• Messages, support requests, agreement signatures and consent records, and other information you send through your account.
• Service and security records, including IP addresses, request times, searches included in service requests, account actions, request performance, and error information.

The app requests camera or photo access when you choose the corresponding document feature. It does not require access to your device contacts, microphone, or device location. Sign-in tokens are stored on your device to maintain your session.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, administer company accounts, process and review freight paperwork, provide business credit information and factoring services, display account activity, communicate with you, and maintain the reliability and security of the services. Access depends on your account and assigned role.

Business broker information may be obtained from shared business records and public or commercial sources. The app is intended for business use and does not provide consumer credit scores.

The current FFI mobile app does not include advertising or cross-app advertising tracking. Its service records support account functionality, security, and troubleshooting.

Access and sharing

Information is available to authorized users and FFI personnel as needed to provide the services. We use service providers to host, store, secure, and operate our systems. Information may also be shared with parties involved in servicing your company's factoring arrangements, as authorized by your agreement, or when required by law, to address fraud, or to protect legal rights.

We require service providers and other parties handling personal information on our behalf to use it only for the authorized purpose and provide protection at least equivalent to this notice and applicable App Store privacy requirements.

Your company administrator and account team may manage access to your business account. Do not upload another person's information unless you are authorized to do so.

Retention and security

We retain account and business records as needed to provide services and meet contractual, accounting, legal, dispute-resolution, and fraud-prevention requirements. Closing access to an account does not necessarily remove records that must be retained for these purposes.

We use access controls and encrypted network connections to protect information. No system can guarantee complete security. Keep your sign-in credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and requests

You can update available company contact fields in your account and change camera or photo permissions in your device settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask about account closure, by contacting support@freightfactoring.ai. We may need to verify your identity and your authority to act for the company. Some records may need to be retained for the purposes described above, and services that require the information may no longer be available.

These services are intended for business customers and authorized staff, not children under 13.
